Cancellation / Refund Policy

Open Enrollment registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellations must be received five business days PRIOR to the start of the class. Substitutions are accepted. No refunds will be granted after class completion, even if participant failed to meet certification requirements. Prices and class dates are subject to change without notice.
