This course is intended for shipping personnel who prepare and sign shipping papers for international air transport, personnel responsible for classifying hazardous products, and anyone else who meets the definition of a “hazmat employee” and who needs to understand how to read and interpret the IATA Air Regulations. This training covers how to use the A.I.R. Shipper/IATA DGR, definitions, units of measure, identification, proper shipping names, performance oriented packaging, excepted and limited quantities, marking, labeling, mixtures and solutions, documentation, packaging dangerous goods together, overpacks, handling and segregation. Price includes the current International Air Transportation Association regulation book.
