ETC offers OSHA training on a large variety of topics through our Open Enrollment Schedule and Custom Training. After looking at this list, do you see training areas that your company needs? OSHA Outreach for Construction & General Industry

10-hr OSHA Outreach Classes
These courses cover safety and health topics for entry-level participants. Curriculum subjects cover health and safety provisions of OSHA’s General Duty Clause to inform employees of roles and responsibilities of both employee and employer in workplace hazard recognition, risk management, accident prevention and record keeping.

30-hr OSHA Outreach Classes
These courses are designed for individuals responsible for implementing, managing and enforcing workplace safety efforts. Class curriculum provides a detailed, cross-referenced awareness of OSHA standards and their job site implementation. Topics include: regulatory requirements; safety / health / environmental controls; personal protective equipment; materials handling; fire prevention; hand and portable power tools; electrical safety and more.


Site Audits & Inspections
An ETC safety professional will visit your site, develop a written report identifying workplace hazards and make recommendations to minimize or eliminate hazards.

Consultation / Safety Management Services
A safety professional will conduct a free consultation and needs review which will detail a method of approach that fits within your budget and time frame. ETC is available as an outsourced safety manager or we will mentor a designated employee to step into the Safety Manager role.

Job Hazard Analysis
A safety professional will identify the hazards of a specific job or process and make recommendations to minimize or eliminate the hazards.

Safety Manual
A safety professional will review, update or develop a company-specific safety manual that will provide the foundation and guide for a safety and training program that will qualify your company to bid on high-level contracts.

Meet our OSHA Experts

Janet Gallup, CSP is a safety professional with 27 years of experience in loss prevention, loss control, hazard analysis, fleet safety and hazardous materials. In addition to providing safety consultation services, she supports training in the areas of HAZWOPER, DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation and IATA.

David C. White has over 32 years’ experience as a safety professional. David is well-versed in Hazardous Materials Response and Training. As a hazardous materials specialist, he managed a State Response Team for all hazardous materials involving highway, rail and clandestine laboratory operations. He also served as an FMCSA Instructor for all DOT HazMat courses, as well as a Train-the-Trainer for the FMCSA National Training Center.

Phil Silensky, PE, CSP (retired) is an experienced HazMat instructor and an author of eight publications covering hazard analysis, accident investigation, safety, industrial hygiene and environmental protection as applied to the chemical industry and local small businesses.
