Teach required classes at company offices and at customer offices. Flexible scheduling with excellent pay and incentives based on experience and range of expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update curriculum for health and safety training programs
- Conduct training sessions on various topics including OSHA regulations, automotive diagnostics, HVAC/R, electrical safety, air conditioning, and welding
- Maintain training materials and equipment
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in health and safety practices
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in health and safety practices, including OSHA regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage and interact with participants during training sessions
- Strong organizational skills to develop and maintain curriculum materials
- Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and adjust training methods as needed
