ETC Company History and General Qualifications
Beginning our fourteenth year
in business, ETC Compliance Solutions, Inc (ETC)
has established a reputation as Arizona’s
premier provider of Risk, Safety and Environmental
training, consulting and management services.
Over the years, ETC has demonstrated the capacity
to operate through strong and weak market conditions
while providing our customers with consistent
and reliable access to quality training and consulting services. We believe our method of managing
projects and delivering services through ETC staff
professionals and 30+ carefully screened contractors
is a strength that allows ETC to:
ETC is an approved vendor for EHS
consulting and training for the State of Arizona
and the sole source safety trainer for the City
of Tucson. Intel awarded ETC a second 3-year contract
to conduct the “New Contractor Orientation”
training required for all personnel working at
the Intel Fab 12 and Fab 32 construction site
in Chandler, AZ.
ETC Compliance Solutions is a Certified WBE/DBE, fully insured for general, automobile, and professional liability.
Safety and Environmental Management Services
Our "Safety and Environmental Manager for
Rent" services program is designed to meet
the safety and environmental management needs
of both public and private sector clients who
do not have an EHS professional on staff. ETC's
commitment on such contracts is flexible and may
range from providing management services for a
few hours a month to several days a week with
a yearly contract. We work closely with clients
to develop a plan of action that reflects their
specific compliance and budgetary issues. The
Scope of Work may include site audits, written
safety program development, hazard analysis, development,
and presentation of training, documentation, OSHA
logs, environmental permitting, assisting in the
creation of a safety committee and teaching designated
company personnel how to manage safety and environmental
compliance. Our goal is to assist companies in
building the foundation necessary to create a
self-sustaining culture that values safety and
environmental responsibility.

Training Services
Since 1993, ETC has trained over
30,000 students. We are associated with college
level institutions and selected ETC courses are
eligible for college credit through Pima Community
College. ETC conducts monthly OSHA, EPA, DOT,
and MSHA compliance open enrollment classes in
Tucson and Phoenix. More than half of our business
derives from developing and delivering custom
site-specific safety and environmental
training to clients throughout the Southwest.
ETC is a founding member of the Arizona Training
Alliance. That sponsors official OSHA training
in Arizona through the University of California
San Diego (UCSD) OSHA Region IX Training Center.
We are Hazmat specialists, expert
in all areas of hazardous materials training and
consulting. Each month ETC conducts fifteen
to twenty days of OSHA Hazmat, DOT and IATA Hazmat
shipping training in open enrollment and on-site
classes. ETC has also partnered with the City
of Tucson Environmental Services to provide Hazwoper
training for an EPA funded Brownfields Hazmat
Technician program. This free training program
provides students with the education and skills
to pursue careers in the environmental field.
