Prerequisite: Strong working knowledge of RCRA Regulations. Refresher on the fundamentals of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act in compliance with 40 CFR requirements. The seminar covers: RCRA basics, hazardous wastes, waste minimization/source reduction, inspections and self-audits, contingency planning and the latest regulatory updates. A MUST for large quantity generators.
