ETC Compliance Solutions accepts: 
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
ETC Requires PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. Cancellations must be received FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS PRIOR to date of class for a full refund. No Shows or cancellations within FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS of scheduled class ARE SUBJECT TO THE FULL FEE. Substitution of one employee for another may be made. Classes are subject to cancellation by ETC. Full Refund for ETC cancelled classes.
