ETC's SMFR program is a yearly contract to supply
a negotiated number of our EHS professionals' hours
per month at a discounted monthly fee. The goal
of the program is to bring the client into a state
of compliance and to assist in maintaining that
compliance. Some clients require only a few hours
of our professional's time per month; others need
several days a week. Some clients want us to manage
everything including the filing, while others want
us to train their designated employees to take over
the EHS responsibilities. ETC offers a "Mentoring
Option". ETC will work with a designated employee
during the site visits to train them on how to maintain
the EHS system set up by ETC during the year. We
are completely flexible and willing to deliver the
Scope of Work as outlined in the contract.
